ASSHOLE OF THE WEEK: Giuseppe Cipriani, mobbed up douche bag, maitre d'hotel to rich pigs

THE troubles pile up for Giuseppe Cipriani, who's been partying in Uruguay and Italy while his New York restaurant empire collapses like a soufflé. His family is being kicked out of the Rainbow Room in July. Last month, the city Health Department shut down his club Socialista for cigarette butts and a leaky sink. Last week, the State Liquor Authority slapped the place with more violations going back to Nov. 8, when cops found it had dancing without a cabaret license, lit candles without an open-flame permit, and an over-capacity crowd. A Cipriani rep haughtily told The Post's Susan Edelman: "Socialista has not received any such notice. If and when they are received, we will respond to the allegations and pursue the fair hearing we are entitled to."
